If you’re thinking of buying a new dog, you’re not alone – Kennel Club figures show the number of people looking for puppies has increased since the global pandemic began.
But with 221 different breeds of purebred dogs to choose from, there’s a lot of thought to go into choosing the latest four-legged addition to your family – whether you want a big dog, a family dog or a crossbreed.

So, without wanting to hurt canine feelings, here are the 10 dog breeds that are perfectly, adorably, and beautifully ugly.
